1. General Information
All orders are subject to stock availability. If the item is not in stock at the time of order, in this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you either offer an alternative item or refund you the total amount of the item, using the original method of payment.

 2. Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. All orders will be sent through An Post
We charge € 4.95 flat rate for standard post with tracking. Most items cost us €6.00 to post by standard post, that’s before the cost of packaging so we absorb a lot of the cost.
Our shipping costs are as follows:

  • Ireland & Northern Ireland – €4.95
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders over €55 within island of Ireland.
  • United Kingdom – €9.50

3. Order Processing Time

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
99% of the items listed on our website will be in stock and orders are usually processed within 24 hours. We make every effort to fulfil your order and dispatch it within 3 business days of the date of your order. Deliveries within Ireland are usually 2-5 working days after dispatch.
All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on Monday or on the next business day. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate.


4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.


5. International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.


6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

7. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
If there are any issues with any products sold, we will do our absolute most to address these issues in a timely manner. If you have any issues, please contact us at and we will do everything we can to sort it out. We will look to give either a full refund or a replacement on any product that there is an issue with.

It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.
Before attempting to return an order, please contact our team to request a return.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping. Witch will be reimbursed if the claim is successful.
Upon receipt of the returned items, you can expect to process your return claim within 7 working days. If you are entitled to a refund as a result of the defect or damage

  • a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).

All items must be in original, unused/unworn condition and resell-able. We retain the right to refuse returns that aren’t as sent.

Cosmetic goods cannot be returned if opened.

You pay for return shipping if you're returning the item because you changed your mind.
