Shipping and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been dispatched. If already dispatched, the standard 14-day cooling-off cancellation right applies upon delivery.

  2. Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock at the time of order, we will fulfill available products and contact the customer immediately to offer an alternative item or a full refund using the original payment method.

  3. Delivery & Rates: Standard shipping within Ireland is handled via An Post at a flat rate of €6.95, with free shipping on orders over €55 (delivery estimates are 2–5 working days after dispatch).
    Delivery addresses cannot be modified once an order has been submitted.
